What equipment do I need?
In order to receive our broadband services, you will require a ADSL modem and a splitter for your phone line which helps keep the phone and adsl signal seperate.
There are serveral different types of modem. They can be ordered either with a broadband package or seperately.

Do I have to pay a connection fee?
There is a one off line activation charge of £70.21
If you are migrating your adsl package to us from another supplier, then there is a charge of £11.95
